Ahmedabad:

In what is pegged to be the most expensive land deal in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad, the sale of a 10,000 sq. yd. plot in the area was closed recently for a whopping Rs.250cr. The plot was bought by Madhav Group. Sources said this is the biggest land deal in Ahmedabad this year. Real Estate Consultant said, “Even though plotting schemes were high in demand, there were no major land deals in Ahmedabad since Diwali.”

Jaipur:

Rajasthan Flat Prices to Rise from April. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), has stated that as the cost of raw materials has increased, a hike to 10-15 % will be increased in the prices of apartments and villas from April. Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palige(BBMP) has issued notices over to thousands of flat owners over unauthorized Construction.
